Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, Full time-Permanent
Position Overview
Your primary focus will be to identify and secure new clients for our preventative maintenance programs — helping them protect and optimize their building HVAC systems.
We’re looking for a results-driven Outside HVAC Preventative Maintenance Sales Representative to help drive the growth and profitability at Carmichael Engineering.
Identify, target, and qualify prospective customers through a disciplined, professional sales process.
Conduct discovery and solution-based sales calls to understand client needs and recommend tailored HVAC service solutions.
Develop and execute a territory marketing plan; attend industry and networking events to expand business opportunities.
Represent Carmichael Engineering with professionalism, integrity, and pride while upholding our standards of quality and service excellence.
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity tracking.

What We’re Looking For
Required:
Bilingual (English & French speaking)
Experience selling HVAC Preventative Maintenance Programs an asset
Minimum 5 years’ experience working with commercial or industrial HVAC systems or selling similar intangible services
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
Strong value-based and consultative selling skills
Experience selling intangible or service-based solutions
Preferred:
Strong technical acumen and attention to detail
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Familiarity with recognized sales methodologies and industry standards
Bonus Qualifications:
Post-secondary education in business, mechanical, or related field
