Job Summary
Paid flights for fly in-fly out rotations. Accommodations provided. Overtime required.

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking roofer to join our team. This role involves assisting with various physical tasks across our work sites, supporting project completion, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to team success in a dynamic setting.

Duties

Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up tools and supplies
Support skilled tradespeople by carrying out basic tasks as directed
Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials
Maintain safety standards by following established protocols and wearing appropriate protective gear
Ensure work sites are clean and free of hazards after completing tasks
Operate basic machinery or tools if trained and certified
Report any safety concerns or equipment issues to supervisors promptly

Qualifications

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is a plus but not required
Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
Reliable transportation is preferred for site access
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory
