Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional guest services, managing front desk operations, and creating a positive environment for visitors and staff alike. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering a memorable experience for all guests.

Duties

Greet visitors and guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately
Handle guest inquiries, providing information about services, schedules, or events
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to promote a professional appearance
Manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence promptly and courteously
Process cash handling transactions with accuracy and integrity
Assist with food service or hospitality-related tasks as needed during events or activities
Work with children when necessary, ensuring their safety and engagement during programs or activities
Support event coordination by providing information and assistance to attendees

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, guest services, or hospitality is preferred
Strong communication skills, including public speaking abilities when addressing groups or individuals
Experience working with children is a plus
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Friendly demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in busy or challenging situations
Basic proficiency with computer systems and office equipment
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required
