Summary

The Junior Sous Chef is an entry-level role based in Huntsville Ontario, is responsible for supporting the restaurant & banquet operations, ensuring excellent customer service. This position offers an opportunity to grow within a reputable company committed to quality and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Assist in daily food preparation and cooking activities to ensure quality standards are met.
Support restaurant management in supervising staff and maintaining smooth operations.
Uphold food safety and hygiene standards across all kitchen and dining areas.
Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating effectively with colleagues.
Help manage customer service interactions to enhance guest satisfaction.
Follow health regulations and safety protocols diligently.
Participate in training sessions to develop culinary and managerial skills.
Qualifications
Previous experience or training in food preparation, cooking, or hospitality is required.
Strong team management and leadership abilities.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
