Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sawyer/ Cabinet Maker to join our manufacturing and custom cabinetry team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woodworking, joinery with the ability to interpret blueprints and cutlists. This role involves creating high-quality cabinets and furniture pieces, ensuring precise craftsmanship and timely completion of projects. Candidates with experience in cabinetmaking, woodworking, and related trades will thrive in this position, contributing to our reputation for excellence in custom cabinetry projects.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret technical drawings to accurately produce cabinetry components.
Cut Parts on a sliding table saw
Assemble, cabinets and wood components using other materials using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment.
Install cabinet hardware within manufacturing facilities with precision.
Ensure all work meets quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
Assist with material estimation as needed to optimize workflow.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality expectations.

Skills

Proficiency in technical drawings.
Experience with woodworking tools including hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
Strong understanding of woodworking techniques.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
Familiarity with construction estimating processes is advantageous.
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on craftsmanship quality.
