Full job description

This clinic is seeking a seasoned professional with a minimum of 3-5+ years experience in management, retail management or clinic operations with a proven track record for growth & development of an organization.

The candidate must have the ability to effectively communicate across all mediums (in person, on the phone, online, social media, email, written correspondence, etc). Must be able to see the big picture and put strategies in place to quickly and efficiently get things done. The candidate must be an efficient multi talker and effective problem solver with a real “get-it-done” attitude.

Must be able to manage multiple competing priorities and projects. A positive attitude and good outlook on life is necessary to excel in this line of work. Must love people of all ages and enjoy administration. Public speaking skills are required and a high value and appreciation of chiropractic care and the ability to effectively convey the benefits of our care shall be expected.

Must be a good motivator of people and be able to effect change. Must have the ability to work calmly under pressure in a busy, fast paced and demanding office environment. Must exhibit good leadership qualities and bring strategic planning, time management and a fun-loving attitude to the position. Must be able to work alone and side by side with the doctor to effectively manage and operate the clinic. One on one patient/clinical work is also expected.

To reiterate, this position is a dynamic, multi-tasking, fast paced clinical and office management position with front desk administration responsibilities. You will be the first point of contact welcoming patients and guests to the office, providing exceptional patient care and customer service all while orchestrating the front desk, supporting the doctor with patient care management and clinic operations.
