Pit Lane Sim Racing launched in 2019 and has grown into one of Canada’s leading sim racing companies, serving customers across the country and internationally. We’re known for custom simulator builds, nationwide free shipping, and our popular in-person Sim/VR Lounge.
In 2024, as a direct result of our continued growth, we launched our commercial brand PL Simulators delivering tailored simulator solutions for commercial and institutional clients (driver education, training facilities, and professional applications).
We are now looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Manager to take full ownership of marketing and sales across both brands.

The Opportunity
This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will lead marketing strategy and be directly accountable and rewarded for sales results across our consumer and commercial brands.
You’ll own planning, execution, and performance of digital marketing while having support from the team on content creation. We’re looking for a true go-getter, someone hungry for growth who wants their results to directly shape the business and accelerate their own career. Strong performance here will open clear paths to increased responsibility and advancement as both brands scale.
Responsibilities
- Own the full social media strategy across both Pit Lane Sim Racing and PL Simulators
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and sales for both brands
- Lead the company newsletter, including strategy, content planning, segmentation, and performance tracking
- Take full ownership of editing, branding consistency, campaign execution, and final approval of all marketing materials
- Develop and run campaigns that drive online product sales, Sim Lounge bookings, and commercial/institutional simulator projects
- Own marketing and sales KPIs, including track, analyze, and report performance with clear action plans
- Support outbound sales and promotional efforts to convert leads into revenue
- Collaborate with the team while maintaining strong brand voice across both consumer and commercial channels
- Use data and insights to continuously improve ROI

- Consistent growth in social media engagement, reach, and followers across both brands
- Positive ROI from Google Ads campaigns
- Improved newsletter performance and lead generation
- Measurable increase in sales directly attributed to marketing efforts
- Clear, data-backed reporting that supports faster business growth
In order to succeed in this role, candidates will be expected to become very familiar with Company offerings and promote growth in sales and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing (social media, Google Ads, email/newsletter)
- Strong content editing, brand management, and campaign execution skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales results through marketing
- Comfortable owning and reporting on marketing + sales KPIs
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable in a small, collaborative team
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
- A genuine go-getter mindset — motivated by measurable results and career growth
- (Preferred) Experience in e-commerce, B2B/commercial, or experiential businesses
- (Preferred) Familiarity with Canva, Adobe tools, or similar
- (Preferred) Interest in gaming, sim racing, simulation technology, or training/education sectors
Compensation
- Base salary + commission + KPI-based performance bonus with strong earning potential tied directly to the results you deliver
