Lead Generation Specialist (No experience required)

Rydel Roofing & Siding is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our lead generation team in the Quinte region.

Our goal is simple: provide homeowners with honest advice, quality workmanship, and long-term peace of mind.
This role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or the home improvement industry while working in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
What You'll Be Doing
This position includes two lead generation roles:
Door-to-Door Canvassing
- Knock on doors and speak with homeowners about their roofing and siding needs
- Start conversations regarding the condition and age of their roof or exterior
- Offer free consultations and inspections
- Collect customer information and book appointments for our sales team
Costco Booth Representative
- Staff our in-store Costco booth locations
- Engage with interested shoppers and answer basic questions about our services
- Collect customer information from homeowners interested in roofing or siding estimates
- Represent the Rydel brand professionally and positively
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive, energetic, and confident personality
- Comfortable speaking with new people
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Must have a smartphone to use company applications
- 10–30 hours/week availability
- Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed
- No sales, roofing, or construction experience required

Compensation
- $20–$30/hour
