The Role
The Technical Service Administrator supports across technical, quality, operational, and financial functions, ensuring clear and timely communication between internal teams and customers while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. It works closely with R&D, QA, logistics, marketing, sales, and finance through documentation management, sample coordination, reporting, and other administrative tasks. The role also supports audits, departmental tracking, financial reconciliations, and the flow of technical information across the business.
Your Impact

Assist with handling customer inquiries, documentation requests, and product/specification questions

Assist with technical documents to support QA and logistics

Support R&D, QA, and technical teams with sample coordination, change records, and testing requests

Manage assigned customer orders or issues

Coordinate communication between customers, sales, and technical staff

Prioritize clarity, responsiveness, and accuracy of information

Support department expenditure reconciliation

Provide financial support to the Controller, including AP/AR reconciliations and month-end closing activities

Support marketing and retail initiatives including event planning and campaigns

Assist with compliance audits (fiscal, GFSI, JHSC)
Shift and Location
Monday to Friday, 8 am – 4:30 pm, occasional overtime and weekend shifts may be required.
This role will be onsite and will be based out of our facility at 335 Bell Boulevard, Belleville
About You

You bring 3+ years of experience as an Technical Service Administrator, preferably within food manufacturing or a similar production environment.

You have a strong understanding of production processes and workflows in chocolate or food processing, enabling you to effectively support operations and cross-department communication.

You are a clear and professional communicator, skilled at coordinating between production teams, quality assurance, maintenance, and senior leadership.

You have excellent organizational and follow-up skills, ensuring that work orders, schedules, inspections, and documentation are accurate and timely.

You are detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset, able to support troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance production flow and maintain food safety standards.

You are results-driven and committed to supporting a safe, efficient, and high-quality chocolate production environment.
Physical Requirements

Requires up to 10 lbs of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.

Involves sitting for most of the workday, with occasional walking or standing to support operational needs on the production floor.

Tasks are generally of low physical intensity, suited for an administrative role within a fast-paced chocolate manufacturing setting.
