Smile Dentist Belleville is looking for a strong admin/ team lead to take care of our amazing patients. This is a permanent fulltime position.
Some Experience as Dental Reception or Administration is an asset.
Position duties:
Day to day Dental Reception/Administration duties at a dental office. Book and confirm dental appointments, assist with insurance company and billing inquiries including any pre-determination estimate quotes. Send referrals to specialists. Enter cheques from patients and insurances into the system and deposit books. Maintain efficient patient schedule for Hygiene and DDS by booking appointments as per office policies. Manage the recall system to book overdue patients. Accounts receivable. Crossover duties and miscellaneous duties to assist the proper functioning of the Practice.
We are a paperless modern office with cleardent software and we will provide training before the start of the office.
No weekends
Office Hours: Mond-Wednesday 8am-5pm, Thursdays: 10am-7pm, Friday: 8am-4pm
