About Us: Midas of Eastern Ontario is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Advisor. This role is crucial in managing customer interactions and ensuring a seamless service experience across all our locations. If you're passionate about customer service and thrive in a high-intensity work environment, we want to hear from you.

Job Description: Service advisors play an integral role in building relationships with our customers. They are responsible for walking customers through the entire repair process, keeping them informed of their vehicle status using digital inspection software, and ensuring customer satisfaction upon departure from our store. The ideal candidate enjoys meeting new people and takes pride in going the extra mile for the customer. Automotive experience is not required but is an asset.

What will YOU be doing as a Service Advisor? :

Greet every customer with a smile.
Follow the sales process.
Consistently and effectively sell our services without jeopardizing honesty and integrity.
Maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all times.
Communicate in person and on the phone in a clear, professional manner.
Direct, coordinate, and participate in performing customer service activities.
Work together as a team and assist other employees as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Valid Driver's License.
Dedication to exceptional customer service.
Willingness to learn.
