Overview:
We are looking for warm, energetic, and service-oriented individuals to join our front-of-house team as Servers. In this role, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences by providing attentive, knowledgeable, and professional service from the moment guests arrive until they leave.

Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests promptly and warmly, creating a positive first impression.
- Seating guests and presenting menus while answering questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Making thoughtful recommendations for food, wine, cocktails, and desserts.
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders and entering them efficiently into the POS system.
- Delivering orders in a timely manner while ensuring presentation and accuracy.
- Monitoring guest satisfaction throughout the meal and responding promptly to requests or concerns.
- Processing cash, debit, and credit transactions accurately.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked dining room, server station, and bar area.
- Assisting with opening and closing duties, including setup, polishing glassware, and resetting tables.
- Collaborating closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Upholding all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards.
- Representing the restaurant with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or customer service role (preferred but not required).
- A strong commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy service periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and cash reconciliation.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Square, TouchBistro, or similar platforms.
- A team-oriented mindset and willingness to support colleagues when needed.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $17.75-$20.00 per hour
