WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Provide inbound customer support.
Help customers resolve technical issues.
Assist in correcting billing concerns.
Help customers with software related issues
Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Your skills, integrity, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include:
Excellent customer service
Banking and invoicing accounts receivable would be an asset.
Prior customer service experience required. (at least 1 year)
Strong listening skills to be able to understand, empathize and resolve cx issue.
Ability to effectively communicate, verbally.
Open availability to work Mon-Fri between the hours 8am-10pm EST
Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
Eagerness to learn new technologies

The base salary for this position is $19.35/hr. (pay rate will not be below the applicable minimum wage), plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
