Le Restaurant Voltigeurs à Sainte-Thérèse est à la recherche de 2 cuisiniers(ères) expérimentés(es) pour se joindre à notre équipe.

Nous recherchons particulièrement une personne ayant de l’expérience en préparation et cuisson de pizzas.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Cuisinier(ère) with a strong background in pizza preparation to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting delicious, high-quality pizzas while maintaining excellent food safety standards. Your enthusiasm for food preparation and cooking will contribute to creating an inviting dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards
Handle food preparation tasks such as dough stretching, topping assembly, and ingredient portioning
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations at all times
Follow food safety protocols and ensure proper handling of ingredients to prevent contamination
Assist in serving customers when needed, providing friendly and efficient service
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking
Support the team during busy hours by efficiently managing meal preparation and ensuring timely delivery of orders

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings, with a focus on pizza making preferred
Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
Excellent skills in meal preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen organization
Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is highly desirable
Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
