Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Server/Bartender, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this vibrant role, you’ll be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service while efficiently managing food and beverage orders. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back. Whether taking orders at the table or mixing drinks behind the bar, you’ll be an integral part of our lively team dedicated to providing top-notch service.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and take their food and beverage orders accurately using a POS (Point of Sale) system Square POS.
Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
Handle cash, process payments, and give correct change with precision and efficiency.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards.
Engage with guests to enhance their experience through friendly conversation and attentive service.
Restock supplies, manage inventory levels, and assist in setting up for busy service periods.
Follow all food handling, safety regulations, and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff.

Experience

Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, especially in fast-paced environments. But we are willing to train
Familiarity with POS systems such as Square POS or similar platforms is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally.
Basic math skills for cashiering, making change, and managing tabs accurately.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours.
Experience in serving or bartending roles that demonstrate hospitality expertise is desirable.
