The Role
This is a full-time plumbing position for someone who knows their trade, takes pride in clean work, and genuinely enjoys helping homeowners. You will run residential service calls, solve real problems, and represent a brand that is being built to become the name in Red Deer.
Your day will include:
- Diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing systems
- Servicing and replacing tankless water heaters and traditional water heating equipment
- Boiler servicing and repair on the plumbing side
- Handling everyday service calls including leaks, fixtures, shutoffs, drain cleaning, and common residential plumbing issues
- Walking homeowners through what you found, what it means, and what their options are
- Documenting your work properly with photos, notes, and recommendations in our system
- Representing Piper the way a professional should: clean, confident, and trustworthy

What We Are Looking For
- 3rd or 4th year plumbing apprentice or journeyman plumber
- Solid residential service experience across a range of plumbing work
- Comfortable with water heaters, tankless systems, boilers, drain cleaning, and general residential repairs
- Strong communication skills and a customer first attitude
- Clean work habits and pride in craftsmanship
- Valid driver's license and ability to work in the Red Deer area
