We are currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. Job Duties:
- Greeting customers promptly, scheduling service appointments and receiving vehicle information
. Listening to requests of the service desired and clearly explaining information on the repair order
. Confirming and processing applicable vehicle warranty packages for repairs and maintenance.
- Estimating the cost and time needed to do the repair accurately
. Handling customer complaints and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
- Periodically checking on the progress of the vehicle during servicing, getting customer approval to do additional work, explaining the work performed and the charges being billed
. Arranging sublets (warranty and customer pay) as required
- Perform walk arounds of vehicles (utilizing a tablet) upon check in
- Properly document authorizations for all repairs
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years Service Advisor experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Be coachable and always open to applying new ways to improve
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to multitask when dealing with more than one customer
- Toyota Service Advisor experience is not a must but a definite plus
- XTIME experience would be considered a definite plus
