The Role:

We’re looking for reliable Line Cooks to join a fast-paced kitchen and support daily service through both precise execution and strong organization. This role involves working closely with the kitchen leadership team to prepare ingredients, maintain clean and efficient stations, and execute dishes with consistency, speed, and attention to detail. From behind-the-scenes prep to working the line during service, you’ll play a key part in upholding quality standards and ensuring every plate meets expectations while contributing to a positive, team-driven kitchen environment.

Your Responsibilities:

Support smooth day-to-day kitchen operations during prep and service
Ensure consistent execution of recipes, prep standards, and portioning
Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked stations throughout service
Follow kitchen systems and procedures to support efficient workflow
Execute food items with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and timing
Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times
Follow proper food handling, storage, and labelling procedures
Maintain a clean and safe work environment before, during, and after service
Support overall kitchen standards and consistency through disciplined execution

What You Bring:

1–2+ years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong attention to detail with a focus on food quality, consistency, and execution
Basic understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation standards
A positive, team-first attitude with good communication skills
Ability to stay organized and perform under pressure during busy service periods
A genuine interest in food, hospitality, and learning in a professional kitchen
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
