We are seeking a passionate and experienced Cuisinier(ère) with a strong background in pizza preparation to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards
- Handle food preparation tasks such as dough stretching, topping assembly, and ingredient portioning
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations at all times
- Follow food safety protocols and ensure proper handling of ingredients to prevent contamination
- Assist in serving customers when needed, providing friendly and efficient service
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking
- Support the team during busy hours by efficiently managing meal preparation and ensuring timely delivery of orders
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings, with a focus on pizza making preferred
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
- Excellent skills in meal preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen organization
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is highly desirable
- Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
