Job title: Production Associate (Packaging - Continental Shifts)

As part of our crew, you'll run extruders, slitters, and presses, catch defects before they ship, and keep our WIP and finished goods flowing through the system like clockwork. Production Associate Responsibilities

Manufacture and package materials to customer specifications
Perform continuous visual quality inspections
Assist teammates with two-person tasks
Complete paperwork and computer entries accurately and on time
Use scanners for inventory control and shipments
Work rotating day, afternoon, and midnight shifts
Maintain a safe, clean work environment
Lift up to 50 lbs and multitask effectively

Production Associate Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Operations Management
2–5 years of production/manufacturing experience; flexible packaging experience preferred
Proficient in using Windows-based computer systems
Forklift, clamp truck, and Raymond Reach certifications are considered an asset
Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Must be willing to work rotating shifts (day, afternoon, and midnight shifts)
Must possess a valid G Class driver’s license and have reliable transportation
Must have personal PPE equipment, including steel-toe safety boots
Must be able to provide 2–3 professional references upon request
Must be available to start as soon as possible, including the next business day if required

Employment Details

Schedule: This position requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, including the Night Shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM, starting Sunday at 10:00 PM), Day Shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, starting Monday at 6:00 AM), and Afternoon Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, starting Monday at 2:00 PM).
Location: Bradford, Ontario
Employment Type: Temporary position with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance.
