Northern Lights Public Schools is located in the heart of Albertas Lakeland region, which offers residents a multitude of outdoor recreation opportunities and stunning displays of the Aurora Borealis. The division is focused on ensuring all students have the opportunity to succeed and has designated numeracy and student mental health and wellness as division priorities.

Northern Lights Public Schools invites applications for the following position:

S2627-08 Bus Driver - Ardmore Area

We require a part-time Bus Driver commencing with the start of the 2026-2027 school year. The assignments involve working in the Ardmore region. This position will be 3-4 hours per day with shifts in the morning and the afternoon.

Northern Lights Public Schools offers personalized training, competitive wages, and work-life balance. Part-Time hours, perfect for a stay-at-home parent or retiree. Bring your child with you to work and never have to work weekends, evenings, or holidays!

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

Picking up and delivering students to and from school from their residences
Be responsible for the operation and undertaking of the assigned school bus according to division policies and procedures

Preference will be given to applicants who:

Possess a valid Class 2 license or 4 with the S endorsement Experience operating a school bus
Have a clear commercial drivers abstract
Successful passing a Vulnerable Sector Check
