Job Summary

Tri-Gen Group Ltd. is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Administrator to join our Boyle office.

This position is a great fit for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable handling both accounting support and general office duties. The role will focus mainly on accounts payable, invoice processing, vendor communication, and administrative support for our office and field operations.

Responsibilities

Enter and process vendor invoices
Match invoices to purchase orders and approvals
Route invoices for approval
Assist with mid-month and month-end payment runs
Reconcile vendor statements
Manage fuel card tracking and audits
Answer phones and greet visitors
Provide general administrative and reception support
Maintain organized filing and records
Assist with other office duties as needed

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail
Good organization and time management skills
Basic computer skills
Experience with Microsoft Office preferred
Accounts payable or office administration experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person
Must be dependable, professional, and willing to learn

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
