- Collaborate with internal teams, identify and support the development of meaningful training
sessions, workshops, and awareness campaigns for delivery to ensure proper
understanding and implementation of new initiatives, policies, and business practices across
programs.
- Work with software technical support and subject matter experts to develop and keep up-to-
date, detailed job aides for the use of information systems within human services.
- Represent the District on the provincial data and policy related working groups as required.
- Coordinate and support special projects as required for the assigned portfolio.
- Related duties as assigned.
What you will need:
• Graduation from a three-year post-secondary program in Public/Business Administration,
Social Sciences, Human Services or related, or equivalent combination of education and
experience.
- Three to four years’ related experience in data analysis, research, and evaluation
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience with policy development, program implementation, and relevant legislation
- Project management experience an asset
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated technological proficiency
Exceptional team player with strong ability to contribute positively to a team environment
