Join our Alternative Delivery team and play a key role in delivering complex infrastructure projects through collaborative, contractor-led delivery models (Design-Build, Public Private Partnerships, Progressive Design Build). In this position, you will contribute to the execution of fast paced, high pressure iconic projects that provide positive lasting change for the communities we live and work in.
AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Services Manager to lead the development, implementation, and governance of project management processes and procedures across major alternative delivery projects (e.g., P3, Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build).
This role is central to driving consistency, efficiency, and compliance across complex, integrated project teams. You will play a key role in establishing structured ways of working that enable successful delivery in multi-partner environments.
This role will be based in Toronto, Ontario.

Develop, implement, and maintain standardized project management processes and procedures aligned with contractual requirements, delivery models, and governance frameworks.

Promote consistency in project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting across integrated teams while ensuring compliance with internal policies, client requirements, and governance standards.

Coordinate with joint venture partners, consultants, contractors, and client teams, acting as a key interface to ensure alignment of processes and effective collaboration.

Identify gaps in delivery practices, implement improvements, and capture lessons learned to enhance efficiency, coordination, and overall project performance.

Support the adoption and effective use of project systems and tools to improve transparency, collaboration, and information flow.

Provide coaching and guidance to project teams on applying processes, procedures, and governance requirements to support successful delivery.

Foster a high-performing team environment focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

15+ years of experience supporting project delivery within infrastructure or major capital projects.

Experience working within integrated, multi-stakeholder environments.

Demonstrated experience working on alternative delivery projects (P3, Design-Build, or similar).

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong understanding of project governance, processes, and delivery frameworks.

Expected compensation for this role is (between Pay Range $132,600 - $175,000 annually) (Only Applicable to Ontario). Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
