About The Opportunity
Expected Compensation-$22/hour

Position Summary
This position involves driving a powered industrial truck equipped with forklift, to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products, equipment, or materials in warehouse or factory.
Essential Job Functions
The following duties are normal for this position. The incumbent may perform some or all of these duties however; it is not an exclusive or all-inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned.
- Transport finished jobs or goods to correct areas
- Move pallets of goods for jobs in process to appropriate area
- Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues
- May confer with managers to ensure coordination of other production lines
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Ensures and supports to make sure Food safety, Quality, HACCP and GMP is always followed
- Receive in corrugate bales not palleted
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Ability to pass certification in order to operate a fork/lift truck
- Ability to understand and use all applicable aspects of WMS , interpret instructions oral and written
- Ability to perform duties while sitting, standing, walking and lifting for certain times throughout the shift
- Ability to work with plant management for required results , work as part of a team and produce at a high level
- Willing to work overtime and/or weekends as requested by Shipping & Receiving Supervisor/ Manager
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience driving a forklift desired, previous warehouse experience
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
- Primarily works in a factory and/or warehouse setting
- Be exposed to dusty conditions, moving machinery, and high noise levels, occasionally stand and walk , continuously sit
