Stark Wellness Clinic
We are seeking an outgoing, detail-oriented, efficient person to join our amazing Admin Team in providing front desk support to our Psychotherapy practice. The ideal candidate will be adept at prioritizing, multi-tasking and have a positive attitude. This Candidate will also be willing to learn and grow with us! We provide a supportive environment that is focused on growth and learning. We want to see you thrive!
Pay: $20
Shifts will be daily with flexible hours: Must be available weekdays, evenings and weekends.
This role will report to clinic manager and director
About Us
At Stark Wellness Clinic we provide an array of services including therapy for individuals, couples, teens and children.
We provide scientific evidence-based services for those who struggle with trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship-conflict, grief, life transitions and stress management. We also work with couples who might be struggling to communicate, are in distress, and are wanting positive, lasting changes in their relationship.
We are located in downtown Toronto and see clients in person and online based on their preference.

To succeed in this role …..
You will rock this role if you possess excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and promote the vision of the clinic. You must be able to stay extremely organized, thinking 10 steps ahead, and the ability to see the big picture with an entrepreneurial mindset. You have a passion for helping others as you will be communicating with our clients.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in Client Care and Customer Service (preferably in a medical or therapy office at the front desk)
- Psychology undergraduate students and graduates are preferred and welcome!
Responsibilities
- This is an in office job
- Supporting Psychotherapists with client bookings, payments, administrating intake & consent forms, etc.
- Client support: welcoming clients to the office, answering client calls and emails, processing payments at the end of sessions
- Maintaining Quality Assurance (follow up to payments, securing payment information, uploading secure documents, managing the booking software Jane, including schedules and treatments offered)

- Strong communication skills, ability to communicate professionally and with compassion to clients with patience when dealing with challenging clients
- Confidence to share ideas and constructive criticism to help us grow
- Juggling multiple projects and to-do’s simultaneously is no problem for you — you work well under pressure, meet deadlines and keep promises
- Tech savvy (we are mostly paper-less and everything is online)
- An appetite for innovation and simplicity who is highly process oriented
- Working autonomously comes easy to you but you also love collaborating with a talented team
- Considerable experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive Suite, Gmail, Dropbox, Mac, Windows in a work environment
- Knowledge of Jane App scheduling software is an asset
