Please note: This is not a remote role. This is a hybrid position based in our Toronto Studio, offering flexibility with a combination of in-studio and remote workdays. Permanent remote work is not available for this position.

Your Mission
Sledgehammer Games is looking for a Dialogue Designer to help create a fresh new AAA aural experience for our next project. Candidates should be versed in dialog editing and processing techniques and have a general knowledge of dialog pipelines. You will report to our Dialogue Director and help ensure delivery of the highest quality dialog with the use of internally developed proprietary tools.
Player Profile
Understanding of PS5, XBOX Series X, and PC audio functionality, capabilities, and limitations.
Bonus XP
Continuing Education Certificate, Professional or advanced degree in programming, audio engineering, or similar preferred.

The standard base pay range for this role is $103,720.00 - $137,080.00 CAD. These values reflect the expected annualized base pay range of new hires in Ontario, Canada. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance, and location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
