ATOM-JET INDUSTRIES is a custom machining and advanced manufacturing company in Brandon, Manitoba. Atom-Jet has been in business since 1962.

We are seeking a qualified individual to join our Quality department.

Job Summary

This role is primarily responsible for completing part inspections and necessary documentation. This position is also responsible for quality-related initiatives and supporting the company’s ISO 9001-2015 program.

Job responsibilities and duties:

· First-off and final inspections.

· Report, document, and communicate non-conformances.

· Inspection of raw material upon arrival.

· Calibrate tools and update the calibration management software.

Essential knowledge, skills, and abilities:

· Proficient in using precision measuring tools, including but not limited to calipers, micrometers, and CMM equipment.

· Mechanical drawing interpretation skills, geometric dimensioning, and tolerancing.

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
