About Us:
Connecting Dots Foundation (CDF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing high-quality, inclusive childcare services across Canada. We focus on creating nurturing environments where children can learn, grow, and thrive while supporting families with accessible and affordable childcare options.

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Director for our newest childcare centre in Clairmont, AB. The Program Director will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with the Manitoba Child Care Licensing Regulations , and lead a team of educators in delivering exceptional early learning programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with all provincial regulations, licensing requirements, and Alberta Health & Safety standards.
Supervise, mentor, and support educators and staff.
Oversee curriculum planning, program implementation, and continuous improvement.
Foster an inclusive, safe, and welcoming environment for children, families, and staff.
Maintain strong communication and relationships with families, community partners, and regulatory bodies.
Manage centre operations, budgets, invoicing and documentation requirements.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of staff.

Qualifications:

Must be a level 3 Registered Early Childhood Educator
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in licensed childcare.
Experience with all age groups 0-12 years of age
Strong knowledge of Manitoba Licensing Regulations and Flight Framework.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with families, staff, and community stakeholders.
Current First Aid/CPR certification and clear Vulnerable Sector Police Check.

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly Wage: Competitive, based on experience

Ability to commute/relocate:

Brandon, MB R7B 2L8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

leadership experience in licensed childcare: 2 years (preferred)
