The Role
We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator who delivers exceptional customer experiences, builds long-term relationships, and guides customers confidently through the full sales process for new and pre-owned vehicles.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers and create a welcoming first impression
- Discover customer needs and recommend the right vehicle options
- Present and explain vehicle features with confidence and accuracy
- Conduct professional, safe test drives
- Manage customer follow-up in the CRM to build lasting relationships
- Guide customers through the purchase process and documentation
- Coordinate with the Finance Department, Service Department, and the Delivery Specialist for seamless handoffs
- Stay current with product training, incentives, and market trends
What We’re Looking For:
- Successful candidates must meet the licensing and registration requirements of the province in which they are employed, including any required automotive sales or finance-related regulatory approvals.
- Automotive sales experience is an asset.
- Strong communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills with the ability to build trust, understand customer needs, and deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varying schedules as required to support customer needs.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and continuously develop product knowledge, sales skills, and industry knowledge.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
