Position: Digital Product Designer
Company: J&G Homes Ltd
Salary: Based on experience
Reports to: General Manager

Position Overview
J&G Homes Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Product Designer to design, maintain, and optimize the company’s website and digital assets. This role is responsible for showcasing communities, homes, condominiums, and multifamily floorplans, while enhancing customer experience, improving lead generation, and strengthening overall brand presentation.

Key Responsibilities

Create and update website pages (community pages, floorplans, galleries, model homes) with responsive, brand-consistent design.
Design high-quality visuals: hero banners, photo galleries, virtual tours, floorplan visuals, icons, and marketing assets.
Work with marketing and sales to convert floorplans, specs, and community info into clear, persuasive web content and calls-to-action.
Optimize UX/UI for home search, community comparison, lead capture forms, and contact/appointment flows.
Maintain and improve site performance, accessibility (WCAG basics), SEO basics (metadata, image alt text, structured data for listings).
Implement and test responsive layouts across desktop, tablet, and mobile; ensure cross-browser compatibility.
Manage CMS updates (WordPress, HubSpot, or builder-specific CMS), templates, and component libraries.
Collaborate with developments to implement designs, track tickets, and QA release builds.
A/B test landing pages and design variations to improve conversion rates; report on performance.
Prepare design assets for email campaigns, paid ads, and social media as needed.
Maintain a branded asset library (fonts, color palettes, approved imagery, model home photos).

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in web or UI design
Portfolio demonstrating responsive website design
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and collaboration with development teams
Strong understanding of UX principles and conversion optimization
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects
