We're Growing! We’re currently seeking Fitness Coaches/Personal Trainers who are passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and live longer through personal training and supportive coaching. Pierce Fitness is a modern, integrated wellness centre offering fitness coaching, physiotherapy, massage therapy, and nutrition coaching all under one roof.

What We’re Looking For:

A background in kinesiology, fitness coaching, or a related field.
A focus on strength coaching.
Passion for helping others improve their health and performance.
High energy, strong communication skills, and a genuine love for lifelong movement.
Experience in small group or semi-private training is a plus, but we’ll train the right person if you’re newer to the field.

Details:

Flexible part-time and full-time positions available.
Compensation: Our Fitness Coaches are making $45,000-$70,000/year, based on experience, education, and certifications, and leadership roles.
This role includes leading semi-private and group fitness sessions, coaching movement patterns, and supporting clients in reaching their goals, without any sales requirements.
This role can also include nutrition coaching for a certified and experienced coach.
