Costco Kitchener

Eco Water is looking for energetic, outgoing, and confident individuals to represent our brand inside Costco locations throughout the Waterloo Region.

As a Lead Setter, you'll engage Costco members, educate them about the benefits of cleaner, healthier water, and schedule free in-home water consultations with our Water Specialists.

Responsibilities

Approach and engage Costco members in a professional, friendly manner.
Introduce homeowners to Eco Water's water treatment solutions.
Qualify potential customers and book in-home consultation appointments.
Accurately collect customer information.
Represent the Eco Water brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Meet individual and team lead generation goals.

What We're Looking For

Positive, outgoing personality.
Confident and assertive communicator.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people.
Reliable, professional, and customer-focused.
Sales or customer service experience is an asset, but not required.
