Join Our Team – Chiropractic Assistant / Physiotherapy Assistant
Innovative Multidisciplinary Clinic

Are you energetic, compassionate, and passionate about helping people feel their best? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Chiropractic Assistant / Physiotherapy Assistant to join our growing multidisciplinary team!

Our clinic is a collaborative, fast-paced environment where every team member plays an important role in creating exceptional patient experiences. If you love working with people of all ages, thrive in a busy setting, and enjoy being part of a supportive team while also confidently working independently—we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

Support Chiropractors and Physiotherapists in delivering outstanding patient care
Assist with patient treatments and clinical flow
Help create a welcoming, positive, and efficient clinic environment
Deliver exceptional customer service and patient communication
Support therapeutic services and maintain treatment spaces
Provide admin support by scheduling and billing (including some direct billing)
Contribute to a collaborative, team-first clinic culture

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Extraordinary customer service mindset
✔ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
✔ Enjoy working with patients of all ages
✔ Experience with laser therapy and shockwave therapy is considered an asset
✔ Experience using Jane App would be fantastic
✔ Flexible availability including early mornings and some early evenings
