About the Role - this is an onsite role (Full or Part time) with gradual opportunity or consideration/agreement for remote.
camoIT Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Customer Success Specialist to join our growing Managed IT Services team.
This is a unique hybrid position combining Customer success, Executive Assistance, service coordination, and day-to-day support for our IT Engineering team.
The successful candidate will play an important role in keeping communication flowing between our customers, engineers, vendors, and company leadership. You will help ensure that commitments are followed through, customers remain informed, engineers have the administrative support they need, and important details don't get lost in the fast-moving environment of an IT services company.
This position is ideal for someone who takes ownership, communicates exceptionally well, enjoys helping people, and naturally stays one or two steps ahead.
Technical IT experience is an asset, but this is not an IT Engineer position. We are looking primarily for someone with exceptional organizational, communication, customer service, and executive support capabilities who is comfortable learning the terminology and workflows of an IT organization.
Key Responsibilities Customer Success & Client Communication
- Act as a friendly and professional point of contact for our customers.
- Follow up with clients regarding outstanding requests, projects, approvals, scheduling, and service matters.
- Coordinate customer meetings, project discussions, reviews, and follow-up activities.
- Ensure customers receive timely communication regarding the status of ongoing work.
- Assist with customer onboarding and service implementation coordination.
- Help prepare customer-facing documentation, meeting notes, reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and help identify concerns before they become larger issues.
- Follow up after projects and significant service activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist leadership in maintaining a high standard of customer experience across the organization.
IT Engineering Team Support
Work closely with our IT Engineers to help organize and coordinate their daily activities, including:
- Scheduling onsite customer visits and technical appointments.
- Coordinating project activities and customer availability.
- Following up on outstanding tickets, projects, tasks, and commitments.
- Helping engineers obtain required customer information, approvals, access, or scheduling.
- Tracking action items from internal and customer meetings.
- Coordinating with vendors, distributors, manufacturers, and technology partners when required.
- Helping ensure engineers remain focused on technical work while administrative and coordination activities are handled efficiently.
- Identifying tasks that are stalled or awaiting action and proactively helping move them forward.
The objective is not to manage the technical decisions of our engineers, but to help remove administrative obstacles so our technical team can operate effectively.
Executive Management Support
Provide direct organizational and administrative support to the CEO/Owner, including:
- Calendar and appointment management.
- Scheduling and coordinating customer meetings.
- Preparing meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up items.
- Managing reminders, commitments, and important deadlines.
- Assisting with correspondence and customer communications.
- Organizing documents, proposals, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinating travel, meetings, events, and business activities when required.
- Helping prioritize competing demands and ensuring important matters receive appropriate follow-up.
- Handling confidential business and customer information with professionalism and discretion.
- Must be willing and able to travel IF required
A significant part of this position is being able to understand priorities without requiring constant direction. The ideal candidate will become someone leadership and the engineering team can confidently rely upon to keep things moving.

Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 is important, particularly:

- Calendar and scheduling tools
Previous experience working for an MSP, IT company, professional services organization, technology company, or other service-based business would be a significant advantage.

A successful Customer Success Specialist will become the organizational connection between our customers, our IT Engineers, and company leadership.
Customers should feel that they are being looked after.
Engineers should feel that they have someone helping them coordinate schedules, communications, follow-ups, and administrative requirements.
Leadership should have confidence that commitments, meetings, customer requests, and important action items are being tracked and completed.
Ultimately, your role is to help ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.
