Position Details

Position: Full-Time Clinic Manager
Location: Wellington Dental – Guelph, Ontario
Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience, plus performance incentives

What You'll Be Responsible For

As the operational leader of the clinic, you'll oversee all aspects of day-to-day performance, including:

Team Leadership & Development

Recruit, onboard, and mentor team members
Foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture
Conduct performance reviews and coaching conversations
Build team engagement and accountability

Clinic Operations

Optimize workflows and operational efficiency
Manage schedules, staffing, and resource allocation
Ensure compliance with clinic policies and industry regulations
Oversee inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships

Financial Performance

Monitor key performance indicators and clinic goals
Support budgeting and financial planning
Oversee billing, insurance claims, collections, and reporting
Identify opportunities to improve profitability and patient retention

Patient Experience

Ensure every patient receives exceptional service
Resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy
Support treatment acceptance and patient education initiatives
Create systems that enhance the overall patient journey

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of clinic management experience
Strong understanding of dental insurance and billing processes
Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
