Role Summary

MDT is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales Administrator to provide operational support to dealers and distributors. You will work closely with our Dealer Sales team and other departments to provide a Legendary customer experience.

Core Responsibilities

Order Management: Own the intake, entry, and accurate tracking of domestic and international dealer orders through our ERP system from submission to final fulfillment.
Account Support & Reporting: Serve as the main contact for major accounts by providing rolling sales data, backorder reports, and coordinating new product launch distributions.
Financial & Program Administration: Process secure payments (CBS), issue credits/invoices, and manage specialized accounts.
Compliance & Logistics: Oversee international export documentation, complete retail templates, and ensure all internal compliance standards are met.
Database Integrity & Operational Accuracy: Maintain clean database records, audit account history for accuracy, and document workflows into Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
