Freelance Videographer / Editor (Ongoing Content Production)
We're looking for a freelance videographer who enjoys creating clean, engaging content and is interested in building a working relationship over time.
We're currently expanding our content production efforts and are looking for someone who can help us capture and potentially edit simple, property-focused YouTube videos.
The initial scope is intentionally small.
At this stage, we're looking for someone who can meet us at a property, spend approximately 30–60 minutes capturing footage, and deliver either raw footage or a finished video depending on your skill set and pricing model.
The exact cadence has not yet been determined. It may evolve into weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly work depending on the workflow, quality of work, turnaround times, and overall fit.
We're not looking for a large production company or a highly complex production process. We're looking for someone practical, reliable, and easy to work with who can help us create consistent content.
Compensation

The scope of this role may vary depending on whether you are providing capture only, capture and editing, or additional services. Compensation will ultimately be discussed with shortlisted candidates and structured based on experience, equipment, deliverables, turnaround times, and overall fit.

Ideal Candidate
- Has their own camera equipment
- Can capture clean, stable footage
- Understands basic audio and lighting
- Is reliable and responsive
- Has an interest in content creation and storytelling
- Editing experience is a bonus, but not required
