This is a full-time role for a Media Buyer at TUFF Media. As a Media Buyer, you’ll be responsible for the hands-on execution and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. You’ll work closely with Digital Strategists to implement campaign strategies, manage budgets, launch creative, and optimize performance.

Campaign Setup & Execution – Launch, manage, and scale paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube).

Budget Management – Ensure efficient pacing of media spend while maximizing ROI and meeting client KPIs.

Creative Deployment – Upload and organize creative assets, write ad copy variations, and ensure alignment with strategic direction.

Optimization & Testing – Run weekly optimizations, audience tests, and creative iterations based on performance data.

Reporting & Insights – Provide regular performance updates and insights to the Strategist team, flagging wins, trends, and areas needing attention.

Platform Expertise – Stay ahead of updates in Google and Meta advertising platforms and apply best practices across client accounts.

Problem Solving – Troubleshoot attribution, data, or performance issues quickly and effectively.

Collaboration – Work directly with Digital Strategists and Designers to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.

2+ years of experience managing Meta and Google Ads (PPC) in an agency or eCommerce setting

Strong understanding of conversion funnels, A/B testing, and campaign structuring

Proven experience optimizing for ROAS, CPA, MER, and new customer acquisition

Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify preferred)

Familiarity with creative formats, copy variations, and audience testing

Proficiency in using reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Meta Ads Manager)

Excellent attention to detail and executional discipline

Clear communicator who can collaborate with Strategists and Designers to execute feedback quickly

Bonus: Experience with Klaviyo, Triple Whale, attribution tools, or UGC strategy is a plus
