We are looking for a motivated, professional, and results-driven Solar Sales Consultant to join our growing team.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious salesperson who enjoys building relationships, generating leads, and helping clients make smart long-term investments in renewable energy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for educating homeowners and business owners on the benefits of solar energy and guiding them through the sales process from initial consultation to signed contract.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate and develop new residential and commercial solar leads
- Conduct in-home and on-site consultations
- Educate customers on solar energy systems, financing options, rebates, and return on investment
- Prepare and present solar proposals
- Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Work closely with operations and installation teams
- Attend trade shows, community events, and networking opportunities
- Maintain CRM records and sales reporting
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Proven sales experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and highly organized
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
- Comfortable working with technology, CRM systems, and digital presentations
Preferred:
- Solar sales experience
- Construction, roofing, electrical, HVAC, or home services sales experience
- Knowledge of solar energy systems and net metering programs
- Existing network within the Columbia Valley, Kootenays, Calgary, or surrounding areas
- Experience selling high-ticket products or services
