Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to support us in delivering high-quality food service. The ideal candidate will assist with food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the food industry and develop essential skills related to meal preparation and food safety.

Duties

Assist with food preparation and meal assembly according to established recipes and standards
Support cooking activities, including basic food handling and ingredient management
Help maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment
Ensure adherence to food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
Serve meals to customers or staff in a professional manner
Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed
Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Experience

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not required
Familiarity with serving, food preparation, and cooking techniques is advantageous
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices is a plus
Experience working in the food industry or related settings will be beneficial for success in this role

This position provides valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, ideal for individuals passionate about the food industry and eager to develop their skills in meal preparation, food safety, and customer service.
