Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations.

Support the achievement of production targets while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Perform routine quality inspections and verify products meet established specifications.

Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and production line adjustments.

Identify and troubleshoot minor equipment and process issues to minimize downtime.

Contribute to Lean manufacturing and 5S initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and reducing waste.

Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

Adapt quickly to changing production schedules, product lines, and business priorities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Help maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.

Support preventative maintenance activities and equipment optimization efforts.

Take an active role in promoting a positive workplace culture built on teamwork and accountability.
Qualifications

Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
-
Ability to work rotating 12-hour continental shifts, including days, nights, and alternate weekends.

Strong mechanical aptitude and an interest in troubleshooting equipment.

Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is considered an asset.

Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) experience is an asset.

Post-secondary education is considered an asset.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

Ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Experience with Microsoft Office applications is considered an asset.

Must be able to obtain and maintain Controlled Goods Clearance.
To qualify for Controlled Goods Clearance, candidates must:

Be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident residing in Canada.

Provide valid government-issued identification.
-
Provide residential and employment history for the past five years.

Successfully complete all required security screening processes.
