Job description:

Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House is a growing breakfast/lunch chain that is looking for Host/Hostess as we continue to expand and grow.

We are hiring for the Brockville location.

What we offer:

Hostess Responsibilities

Greeting and Seating: Warmly welcoming guests upon arrival, Escorting them to tables, and providing menus.
Reservation Management: Managing phone and online reservations, maintaining a detailed seating chart, and optimizing table turnover.
Waitlist Coordination: Providing accurate wait time estimates to walk-in guests and managing the waiting area.
Service Coordination: Communicating with servers about seating, notifying the kitchen of large parties or special requests, and sometimes introducing the server to the table.
Guest Experience & Professionalism: Handling initial customer complaints, accommodating special requests, and ensuring a positive, welcoming atmosphere.
Maintenance & Support: Keeping the entrance and host stand clean and organized, assisting with cleaning/resetting tables during busy periods, and assisting with to-go orders.
