Full job description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Seasonal Administrative Assistant. This position is crucial to our day-to-day operations, and we're looking for someone with excellent organizational skills and a strong understanding of QuickBooks.

Contract Period: April 1st - September 30th

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Flexible Language Requirement: French not required

License/Certification: Driving License (required)

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize QuickBooks for daily financial tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking.
Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing emails, and filing documents.
Assist in coordinating schedules, meetings, and booking client appointments.
Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.

Qualifications:

Proficient in QuickBooks software.
Previous administrative or office experience is an asset.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
