Located at the foot of the slopes and surrounded by nature, Residence Inn by Marriott Bromont is a new ski-in/ski-out hotel that opened in January 2026 and was designed for extended stays. Hourly wage: $23.50/hour

YOUR ROLE

The Front Desk Agent accompanies guests throughout their stay, from arrival to departure. They are responsible for consistently providing a high level of customer service while adhering to the standards of the Marriott brand and hotel chain.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcome and check in guests upon arrival and process departures efficiently and professionally.
Make, modify, or cancel reservations and inform guests of hotel policies.
Communicate information regarding room status, VIP guests, Marriott Bonvoy members, priorities, early or extended departures, and other guest requests to the appropriate departments.
Review and adjust charges posted to guest accounts while being responsible for cash and payment transactions.

PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Excellent customer service skills.
Initiative, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Ability to work under pressure, solve problems, and work with computer systems.
Previous hospitality experience is an asset. No hospitality experience? We provide training.
