We’re seeking another baker for our team! As an artisan baker, you will be

responsible for creating high-quality breads, cakes, and other goods

while ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional culinary skills.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, bread

making, cake decorating, and more while maintaining safety standards in

the kitchen

Responsibilities

Prepare a variety of products (bread, pastry,

deserts).

Prepare dough by measuring, mixing, and

scaling ingredients .

Operate equipment such as ovens, mixers, bun

shapers, knives, etc.

Ensure baked goods meet quality, consistency,

and presentation standards.

Monitor baking times and temperatures,

making adjustments as needed.

Great attention to detail and creativity, making

season adjustments.

Maintain clean and organized workspaces.

Develop/refine recipes, ensuring consistency,

quality, and alignment with customer

preferences and business needs.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and

workplace safety protocol.

Requirements

High school Diploma or GED

equivalent.

Culinary or baking certificate is

considered an asset.

Minimum 1 year baking experience.

Early morning shifts - 5 AM.

Strong knowledge of food safety and

sanitation standards.

Experience with food preparations,

presentation, baking processes, and

cost control.

Excellent communication and

teamwork skills.

Ability to work independently while

managing multiple tasks.

Strong attention to detail and time

management skills.
