This is a Part-Time position in the Burk's Falls, Sundridge area.
Hours of work are within a 2-week rotation inclusive of weekends, weekdays, and on-call work.

Wages

For Registered Nurses (RN)-This position offers a competitive compensation grid, the hourly range is $30.80 to $45.48.

For Registered Practical Nurses (RPN) - This position offers a competitive compensation grid, the hourly range is $24.07 to $29.60.
What The Role Involves:
- Developing and maintaining an effective Care Plan with respect to Community Health Services, independently or in cooperation with the Ontario Health atHome.

Working with patients (both in-person and virtually) to provide exceptional nursing services

Providing services in a variety of settings which may include in-home, clinic, retirement home or school

Communicating and liaising with patients, family members and others within the interdisciplinary care team

Performing other clinical duties as required
What You Bring:
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) degree or diploma
- Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standing

A strong desire and commitment to making a difference in the lives of our patients

Exceptional interpersonal skills

A valid driver’s license and vehicle as regular travel is required

Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

CPR Certification

Current immunization record including 2 step TB test
