At Sunset Docks & Lifts Muskoka, we don't just build docks and install boat lifts—we help families make memories on the water. From spring installations to emergency service calls, our customers trust us to keep their waterfront ready for another amazing season.
We're looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to become the heartbeat of our office. You'll be the friendly voice customers hear first, helping coordinate service, answer questions, solve problems, and keep our operations running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing
As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll help create the legendary Sunset Customer Experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to help.
- Keep customers informed throughout their projects by setting clear expectations and providing timely updates.
- Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, installation crews, and management.
- Create and update work orders, customer files, and job notes using our CRM software.
- Process quotes, invoices, payments, and administrative paperwork accurately.
- Follow up with customers after projects to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Assist with warranty claims, service requests, and general troubleshooting.
- Help keep our office organized and support the entire Sunset team during our busy boating season.

- Experience in customer service or office administration
- Experience with Jobber, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, or other CRM software
- Knowledge of boats, docks, boat lifts, or waterfront properties
- Sales experience or confidence identifying opportunities to recommend additional services
