The most exciting parts of this job
Joining a work family that legit cares about one another. The #StewCrew is tight. Our office is warm, chill, and positive. We’ll celebrate your birthday, include you in conferences, introduce you to all of our clients, hug you when you're sad, etc. Our culture is our magic, so we’re looking for chemistry and fit ahead of technical skills. If you’re chosen for an interview, it’s SUPER important that you come as you are, because we need to make sure we vibe. You would be joining the best group of people you could meet, and we can’t afford to mess with that.
You matter to us as a human. When something comes up in your life that takes priority over work, just tell us about it, and we’ll work around it! Whether that’s your kid’s school concert, a weird mole you need checked out, or you’re experiencing an emergency with your pet. Life’s moments are important and it’s not for us to decide what those important moments are for you.
Cooperation over competition. Our advisors don’t compete for clients or argue over commissions at Steward Group. Everyone is paid a salary and we work together to give our clients the very best of all of us.
We’re casual AF. You don’t have to dress up for the office unless you want to! And sometimes we do like to coordinate outfits for special occasions, because it’s fun. We’re about being real and authentic because we know that when people are comfortable they do their best work. Plus, our clients are also coming to the office dressed in sneakers or work boots, and it’s important for us that everyone is at ease here.
Who we are
Steward Group exists to guide wealth for good. We know our stuff, yes, but we’re not just about numbers and spreadsheets. We’re about people, stories, and making dreams come true. It sounds corny but it’s true.
The #StewCrew is dedicated to providing excellent financial planning services while fostering a collaborative, happy work environment. We’re looking for an Associate Advisor who’s ready to join our family and grow with us. You’ll need to be a quick study to soak up knowledge, learn the ropes, and become the go-to person for clients and teammates alike as soon as possible. (No pressure.)
Think of yourself as the second chair at a concert; you’re crucial to the performance, supporting the lead while building your own expertise.

● Ensuring non-solicited trades meet the client’s risk tolerance
● Prospecting and following through on sales leads using the firm’s workflows
● Sharing knowledge and experience to enhance the development of all team members

And most importantly, you’ll be part of a team that cares about you and our clients as people and not numbers. We believe in teamwork, teambuilding, and having a little fun along the way as we work to make the world better by guiding wealth for good.
