Utilises global tools, programs and direct recruiting techniques to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates for assigned and anticipated vacancies.

Communicates effectively and proactively throughout the recruiting process.

Builds and maintains manageable talent pools in software systems.

Screens, interviews and prepares candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.

Fosters and manages effective relations with stakeholders within the country organisation to ensure alignment with sourcing strategies while managing stakeholder expectations.

Integrates the Diversity, Equality and Inclusion approach and knowledge into the recruitment.

Execute full-cycle recruitment for both high-volume hourly roles (Warehouse, Sales, Food Services, Sm land, Product Quality & Recovery) and corporate/salaried positions (e.g., Food Department Managers).

Lead intake calls with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, conduct qualitative screening, coordinate and conduct interviews, manage offer negotiations, and support pre-boarding processes.

Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and unit leadership across diverse business functions; provide real-time labor market insights, advise on sourcing strategies, and offer recommendations to drive quality hiring decisions.

Conduct meaningful, in-depth candidate assessments that go beyond standard scripted questions; evaluate candidate motivators, core capabilities, potential, and overall alignment with the client's culture and values.

Collaborate effectively with local PNC (HR) teams to navigate unit-specific logistics.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with full cycle recruitment, both high-volume general labour and professional settings.

Communicating effectively in verbal and written communication; fluency in English is a must.

Building virtual collaborative relationships to facilitate current objectives.

Acting without needing direction from others ability to work independently, take initiatives and responsibility, but also a team-player.

Knowledge of hiring talent on assignments and projects in an agile way to meet the demands of the rapidly changing business environment.

Knowledge of identifying, assessing, selecting and hiring suitable candidates for a job.

Knowledge of candidate behaviours and labour market trends.
